Accepted documents for KYC at pk win include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport or a valid Pakistani driving licence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk win account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. The minimum deposit at pk win is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum single deposit, although individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits which pk win cannot override. Pk win processes withdrawal requests on a same-business-day basis for standard amounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. Not all games at pk win contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows: slots and fishing games contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements. Crash games including Aviator contribute 50%. PSL betting and virtual sports contribute 25%. Table games and speciality games contribute 10% unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements at pk win expire 30 calendar days after the bonus is credited to your account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.

All bets placed at pk win are binding once confirmed. Pk win reserves the right to void bets or adjust payouts in the following circumstances: where a technical error in the software has caused an incorrect odds display or game outcome; where a manifest error has occurred in the pricing or setup of a betting market; where a bet has been placed after an event has concluded in circumstances where live data was not correctly updated; or where there is evidence that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

All PSL and other sports bets placed at pk win are governed by the specific market rules displayed on the betting page for each event. In cases where an event is abandoned, postponed or forfeited, the relevant market-specific rules will determine how bets are settled. Pk win uses commercially available data providers to determine results and in the event of any dispute, the result recorded by pk win's designated data provider will be treated as final.
Crash games including Aviator at pk win use provably fair random number generation. Each round's outcome is determined before the round begins by a cryptographic algorithm that can be independently verified by players. Cash-out instructions are executed on a best-efforts basis but pk win cannot guarantee execution at an exact multiplier in the event of network interruption or technical issues beyond pk win's direct control.

Pk win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime; failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time; account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or at pk win's discretion where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or its other players.
Where pk win closes an account due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no fraud has occurred and the closure was triggered by a less serious violation, the net real money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player.
An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. Pk win will attempt to contact the player at the registered email address or mobile number before applying any inactive account charges. After a further three months without response, a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.
